If you have already purchased the e-magazine but is unable to download it in your My Magazine page after logging in into your account via the mobile app, you may try the following:
- Make sure your purchase e-magazine is inside your Library > My Magazines. If your purchased e-magazine is not inside your My Magazine page, please contact us at enquiry@zeero-s.com.
- Ensure that you have sufficient device RAM (i.e. min 1.5GB) in your mobile device. We recommend closing all other running application(s) in the background to free up the RAM and continue with the download.
- Sufficient storage space. We recommend at least 1GB or more of available storage space before downloading.
- Do not exit the page or app while the e-magazine is being downloaded.
