a) You can view information about your order including the order purchase, destination address, and tracking information by logging in to your Zeero-S account and select My Order.
b) If your order has shipped and there's no link to a tracking number, this means it was shipped via a non-trackable method. (Most shipping methods are trackable, and methods that aren't trackable will show non-trackable next to the available delivery dates at check-out).
c) If you have an issue with the delivery, please let us know at enquiry@zeero-s.com and include your order number in your email so that we can quickly attend to your issue.
